Business TO Business (B2B)
What is business to business?
Business-to-Business (B2B) is the exchange of products, services, or information between businesses rather than between businesses and consumers.
E-Commerce, globally, is entering a new phase. While the first phase was fueled by the vision and innovation of business-to-consumer (B2C) companies, the next phase will be defined by the leadership and market success of companies engaged in business-to-business or B2B e-commerce. B2B refers to electronic transactions between and among companies and their employees and suppliers. It involves the transaction of goods or services between businesses as opposed to between a business and a consumer.
  • a company that makes tomato ketchup would sell it to dealers, retail shops and direct customers like hotels/restaurants who are themselves businesses
  • a chicken feed company selling its product to a chicken farm, which is another company
What is B2B Marketing Communications?
B2B marketing communications is how businesses promote their products and services to other businesses using tactics other than direct sales. The purpose of B2B marketing communications is to support the marketers sales effort and improve company profitability. B2B marketing is generally considered to be more complex than B2C marketing, as there is often more than one decision-maker involved in a B2B sale on the buyer’s side.
Database B2B solutions in XML format
Nowadays, no company can go without a client database. Usually these databases are developed based on company documents submitted by clients (registration certificate copies, etc.). In such cases there are two major problems:
* Database reliabily is  a client might submit fake or invalid registration certificate or other documents that have discrepancies with the data registered in the LR Company Register. It is even possible that a certain company was already subjected to liquidation or reorganization.
Database quality  usually data from documents submitted by clients is entered into a database by an operator; therefore, there is a possibility of making a mistake, as well as an operator might structure a database in a different way (for example, without indicating full company names or juridical addresses). At that, there might be situations where a client record exists in a database, but it is impossible to find by certain parameters.
Lursoft offers client database information obtained directly from the LR Company Register in XML format. The only action to be carried out by an operator is entering company registration number in a corresponding field and pressing CHECK. The system will connect to the Lursoft database and update the company database.
Using our B2B solutions, it possible to find out:
the company name;
